How to send an EPK to a booker
The email formula
Subject: [City] [Genre] — [Band] for [Venue/Event] ([Month]).
2–3 sentences: who you are, why this room, one proof point (draw, press, or similar bill).
One link: your EPK (not five attachments).
Clear ask: hold date, openers, or festival slot — one ask only.
Attachments vs links
Prefer the live EPK link so audio plays and you can update dates later.
Attach a one-sheet PDF only if the submission guidelines require it — and still include the link.
Follow-up
One polite bump after 7–10 days. Then stop unless they reply.
Update your EPK before you follow up (new date, new single, new quote).
